We match you with communities that align with your Care Profile. Your senior living advisor will tour the communities with you, offering guidance every step of the way. Senior Living Advisors of Acadiana’s Preferred Communities are all prescreened, including review of Department of Health Surveys, reviews, and interviews of staff and current residents.
Transition to New Home
After you’ve decided which community is going to be your new forever home, we will assist you with the move in process. Assistance completing the admission packet. Help obtaining the appropriate documentation from your physician. We can also aid in sale of the estate and moving needs.
Continued Support
We want to ensure you are happy and thriving in your new home. We will provide support and follow up after your transition, ensuring all of your care needs are being met, quality care is being provided by the community, and that you are adjusting to your new home. We will continue to be your advocate for any and all of your senior care needs.
